如何分析珠光膜气泡袋出现分层问题与解决办法?

  珠光膜气泡袋在冷饮职业的应用较为广泛,分层实质上是剥离(复合)强度存在问题的表现。问题产生主要由以下几方面引起:
  Pearlescent film bubble bags are widely used in cold drink industry, and delamination is essentially the manifestation of peeling (composite) strength problems. The problems are mainly caused by the following aspects:
  1) 珠光膜资料或印刷资料表面张力低,不符合印刷或复合要求。
  1) The surface tension of pearlescent film materials or printing materials is low, which does not meet the printing or composite requirements.
  2) 干燥温度操控不妥或使用的溶剂很多残留影响剥离强度。
  2) Improper drying temperature control or use of many solvent residues affect the peel strength.
  3) 印刷油墨与印刷基材不亲和,相容性欠好。
  3) Printing ink and printing substrate are not compatible, the compatibility is not good.
  4) 复合烘箱温度操控不妥,对溶剂蒸发造成严重影响。
  4) Improper temperature control of compound oven has a serious impact on solvent evaporation.
  5) 复合辊温度偏低 :进步复合辊温度。其实复合辊温度的凹凸,应该与机速、资料的厚薄有很大的联系,还与胶水的性质有联系。
  5) Low temperature of composite roller: improve the temperature of composite roller. In fact, the concave convex temperature of the composite roller should be closely related to the machine speed, the thickness of the data, and the nature of the glue.
  6) 熟化时间或温度操控上出现问题。

  当时在展开层与层间的剥离强度检测时存在一些误区:只检测非热封区域的剥离强度,而忽略对热封部位复合强度的检测。但分层却往往出现在热封区域。所以要想保证质量必须要对非热封区域与热封区域分别进行检测,只有悉数到达指标要求才能判定合格。
