  1. 挤出机温度
  1. Extruder temperature
  吹制低密度聚乙烯时,挤出温度一般控制在160℃~ 170℃之间,封头温度必须均匀。
  When blowing low density polyethylene, the extrusion temperature is generally controlled between 160 170 C, and the head temperature must be uniform.
  挤出温度高:树脂易分解,且膜脆,特别是纵向拉伸强度明显降低。

  挤出温度过低:树脂塑化不好,薄膜拉伸强度低,表面光泽度和透明度较差,甚至出现像木环一样的花纹和为熔融核

  吹膜比是吹膜工艺比较的一个环节。它控制薄膜的宽度和厚度,以及基片的数量和牵引力比。
  Blowing film ratio is a link of blowing film process comparison. It controls the width and thickness of the film, the number of substrates and the traction ratio.
  同时吹制比的大小也影响薄膜的横向拉伸强度和厚度是否均匀。吹气比的增加可以提高薄膜的横向强度,但不能过大。否则,容易造成膜泡不稳定,且膜容易起皱,膜厚不均。一般情况下,LDPE吹膜率应控制在2.5-3.0

  3.牵引比

  牵引力比是指膜的牵引力速度与管环的挤出速度之比。但是,如果牵引力比过大,就很难控制薄膜的厚度,甚至可能导致薄膜断裂,造成段膜现象。LDPE薄膜的牵引力比一般控制在4-6之间。
  The traction ratio refers to the ratio of the traction speed of the membrane to the extrusion speed of the pipe ring. However, if the traction ratio is too large, it will be difficult to control the thickness of the film, and may even lead to film fracture, resulting in the phenomenon of segmental film. The traction force of LDPE film is generally controlled between 4 and 6.
